My mission is to help you achieve better fitness in a safe, effective and personalized manner - in the comfort of your home or in recreational outdoor spaces. As a Fitness Trainer in Denver since 2024 I have had the pleasure of training clients 1:1 in their homes and in gyms, as well as teaching group fitness classes to a diverse clientele - varying in age (20-80+), physical & health history, and current goals.
Whether you have a robust home gym, just a yoga mat and a few dumbbells, or simply some outdoor space. I'll work closely with you to design a progressive fitness program that will uniquely suite your priorities.
Personal Training Credentials - Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, ACSM nationally accredited Exercise Physiologist, ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Alliance certified 200hr Yoga Instructor, and Silver Sneakers certifications in Foundations, Balance, Yoga and Aquatic Fitness.
Experienced Outdoor Recreation Instructor, avid Recreationist - Road and Trail Running, Cycling, Mountain Climbing, Rock Climbing, XC Skiing, Multi-Day Back Packing, SUP Yoga, and Open Water Kayaking.


Knowledge - Most people don't know how to design effective workouts, use proper form, progress safely, or eat to support their goals. They might waste time on ineffective exercises or risk injury.
Accountability - It's easy to skip workouts when you're only accountable to yourself. Having an appointment with a trainer creates external motivation and commitment.
Consistency - People start strong but lose momentum. A trainer provides structure and a regular schedule that builds the habit.
Personalization - Generic online programs or gym classes don't account for individual limitations, injuries, goals, or preferences. A trainer tailors everything specifically to you.
Confidence - Many people feel intimidated by gyms or unsure where to start. A trainer removes that barrier and meets them where they are (literally, in your case with at-home training).

I provide Home & Outdoor Personal Fitness Training for Denver's Overland, Washington Park, University, Platt Park, Rosedale and Harvey Park neighborhoods - this is my community as well! I've been an Overland neighborhood homeowner since 2022 and I am passionate about serving those in my community.
Training sessions range in length and programing complexity based on individual goals and personalized needs- pricing will vary.
Training sessions are in person and may include virtual check-ins.
